Construction considerations
1. When excavating the foundation trench, the geological conditions shall be mastered.
2. The setting position and buried depth of FRP septic tank shall be set out and positioned in strict accordance with the design requirements.
3. After the FRP septic tank is in place, backfill the soil in time and fill the tank with water to prevent displacement. The backfill shall be sieved, free of sharp stones, construction waste and groundwater, and the soil density shall be 0.95 and compacted. Special attention shall be paid to filling around the tank with plain soil or yellow sand: when there is groundwater, plain soil or yellow sand shall be used for filling under the tank, and the fixed position of the tank shall be stressed evenly.
4. During the rainy season construction, there should be drainage facilities to prevent the foundation pit water and slope collapse, and at the same time fill the tank with water to prevent floating, resulting in displacement.
5. The construction shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant engineering construction and acceptance specifications.
